Death & Dying
From a Shamanic point, death is a beautiful and should be treated as such, from not only being terminally ill, but very much on a normal life, planning, talking and choosing your death and your funeral for when you pass into the transcendent realms. Knowing what you wanted to happen at your passing happened, what you wanted saying was said and by the person you chose, your flowers, etc, should be discussed openly before the event of your passing arises, so then there are no awkward discussions with family as in the “west death is rarely talked about openly”.
Where a loving being knows that they are going to pass, the Shaman or the Shamanic practitioner can assist in making sure that the passing is the most blissful experience as possible, using various techniques, and whatever the loving person wants to happen.

Psychopomp
Shamans and Shamanic practitioners can also heal the deceased as well as the living. They use Psychopomp work to heal the deceased. The word comes from the Greek word Psychopompus which virtually means l reader of souls.
Usually when we die it is a blissful transition into transcendent reality.
Within Shamanism, it is believed that when a person endures a traumatic death such as, an accident, suicide, murder, war, drug overdose and also being in a terrorist attack, there might be a possibility that the soul might need some help into crossing over into the transcendent realms.
A journey is carried out to connect with the “lost soul” and guide them into the transcendent realms. This is very special for the Shaman or Shamanic practitioner to assist a “lost soul” into the transcendent realms.

Reiki Healing
The word REIKI means Universal Life Energy
We are alive because of the life energy or KI is flowing through us, KI flows within the physical body through pathways called Chakras, Meridians and Nadis, It also flows around us in a field of energy called the AURA.
Reiki is an ancient healing, in the late 19th Century Master Usui re discovered this “energy therapy”, and it was originally from Tibet.
Reiki healing has numerous benefits on an emotional, physical & mental level, it is non invasive, and returns vital balance to our physical body and our energy.
It is extremely powerful; it leaves you with an inner and outer peace, Reiki always works for the “Good of All”.
I personally always use Reiki after a Shamanic Healing, as both Reiki Healing and Shamanic Healing, are done on a vibration level, different vibrations, but from the same source the Universe.
In my Reiki Healings, I use some of my Shamanic tools, to higher the vibration of the healing, with excellent results.
