I have been Beautifully guided to run this Workshop.
During the day we will be looking closely at the areas of your life, the Emotional, Mental, Physical and Spiritual aspects.
You will need an open Heart and Mind
A notebook and pen
Tea, coffee and water will be provided
please bring your own light lunch and any other snacks you might require for the day.
(please note lunch break will be quite short, so there will not be time to go out and purchase any)
There will be short breaks throughout the day, if fresh air is needed.
As this is a very powerful workshop for all, i will be keeping the energies high throughout the day.
The workshop will run on a minimum of six to a maximum of ten, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
